For the 2nd half of the show, keeping with International Water Week, we talk to Joseph Silva, a Senior Vice President at Icon Technology Systems. Icon has created the water bottle that has become popular among hikers, the Icon Lifesaver. The Lifesaver uses Carbon Filters to create safe drinking water from wild sources. They’re also working towards developing a filter out of graphene that should be able to filter salt water, as well as contaminates. We also hear from Stacey Epstein, CEO of communications firm Zinc, who drops some excellent advice for women around Equal Pay Day.
