Let’s say you wanted to build a high rise apartment building. Say this project is in a foreign country. And you need some help clearing the paperwork and red tape. Now, there are two ways to look at the offer of gifting a fifty million dollar penthouse apartment on a proposed high rise building: First, incredible largesse and a show of epic generosity.
