A 2016 study shows that young adults on the Autism Spectrum have a higher rate of unemployment than people with other disabilities – as high as 40% for those considered high functioning. We talk to the Autism Speaks Director of Adult Services, Dave Kearon, about this discrepancy, how employers can help, and tips for the interview process.
