In part 2 of our conversation, we talk to the manager of Code TN (pronounced code ten), Caleb Fristoe. Code TN is located in Knoxville, Tennessee and is one of the schools, under the Great Schools Partnership, teaching new skills to the current workforce, and people getting ready to join them. The project is looking to integrate more computer science courses into the curriculum and really ready people to enter the field once they graduate. We find out exactly how this went from an idea to working in the real world.
